That one head manager Norma has to go! She is always rude to customers!!! and I hear through the grapevine that she is rude to her own employees as well! which leads to the high turnover rate (I can tell because there are always new faces and I go at least once a week for a burger after work). Remember, people don't quit jobs, they quit their bosses and with people like that old lady NORMA in charge its a small reason that this store is struggling so bad. Get rid of NORMA and watch the smiles and long-term staff come back!

Today was good. Historically though they are the worst sonic drive tru around. Will need average or better service from this place for a good run for them to earn 5 stars.
Service lacks, products lack! They don't get orders right and if they mess up they don't fix it unless you push it.
