Just moved to the area and this was my first visit. Finished ordering at 10:11pm. One car in front of me in the drive through. It took them 10 minutes to get that car their food while the employees laughed and talked with the person in the car. Pulled up to the window and paid my $8 for my combo (cash). I then waited 20 more minutes, watching them strand around and do nothing. I watched an employee notice there were no fries at 10:38 and start a batch. At 10:41 I got tired of waiting and drove off. The person behind me in the drive through left with me.
We went next door to Sonic and ordered, paid, and had our food in under 5 minutes.
Friendly service and wait times were not terrible.
Was in the drive through and they answered, asked for my order, after I gave it to them a brief silence and they came back and told be it would be just a minute. So I waited, and waited, feeling frustrated I put my car in reverse and backed up, in the process they came back on and asked again. So I pulled back forward just a little and they said I will be just a second. Waited and waited, again I backed up to leave because it was ridiculous how long I had to wait, they did try to come back on again but I left. Historically their food is not good. Fries are always stale and warm at best. So no reason to wait that long, just to be disappointed on a normal basis.
The people that work here are so polite! I really appreciate all of them.
My Son came just as they were closing and the person answer the speaker with such disrespect. The note on door said Lobby was closed nothing about the drive thru was closed! You didnt have to be rude, granted our area flooded but your store didn't communicate clearly whether you were open. Shame on you for you're disrespect!
As far as I'm concerned these people robbed me. I will never go back. They need their management replaced. There is nothing in a fast food restaurant that takes more than about 5 minutes to cook.
