very nice cozy place great little getaway
my husband and I stayed here. very friendly service. late check out is possible.. very quiet.. tv channels are awesome
This was very poor service. My wife and I had booked 4 nights. Unfortunately hurricane Harvey moved in and we decided to leave after one night. We went to check out and I was told that there would be NO refund. I would think that me leaving due to hazardous weather conditions would entitle me to a refund of the three nights we did not and could not use. I will not ever use this motel again. Since you have to give at least one star before it will allow you to post, please assume this is a negative one star!
This was the most terrifying experience I have ever had with a motel. I booked a reservation in advance for $65, and showed up the day I was supposed to. The man at the lobby said that the "computer system was down, but we have one room left and it'll be $94." It was 10:30pm, I was exhausted from my trip and didn't want to drive around town searching for a vacancy, so I paid him and got my room key. As soon as I walk out the door, the man comes out of the office shouting at me that "there's another room that just opened up with a king size bed! I'll let you have it for another $10." Of course not! So I went across the parking lot to my room and noticed several drunk men stumbling around the rooms. Alright, that was terrifying, but not something the management could directly control I guess. When I got in my room, what got me was how horrible everything was. Spiders, bedbugs, and other insects everywhere. Only half the outlets worked in the room, so I had to struggle to even charge my phone. And I couldn't just pick my things up and leave because of their "positively no refunds" policy. This place is disgusting and the "management" are nothing but hustlers looking to steal your money. I am warning everyone looking for a place to stay in West Columbia.... DO NOT STAY HERE!!
The door did not lock properly at all and the guy behind the counter lied about the availability and prices
No remote, condiments were wet. Most lights did not work in the room but overall it was okay. The receptionists was very nice.
